These terms govern your access to shadowbit.in and any participation in Shadowbit waitlists or hardware drops. Shadowbit is operated by Shadowbit Technologies LLP, registered in India. By accessing our platform or subscribing to our updates, you agree to these terms.

Website usage & eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent to participate in waitlists or purchase hardware.
• You agree not to disrupt, scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to our web services, API endpoints, or infrastructure.
• All content, artwork, 3D design renders, typography, and brand marks displayed on shadowbit.in are the exclusive property of Shadowbit Technologies LLP or our licensors and cannot be repurposed without written authorization.

Pre-launch waitlist participation

• Joining the waitlist grants you non-transferable priority notification when Drop 01 details, design galleries, and pre-orders are announced.
• Waitlist registration does not constitute a financial commitment or guarantee allocation until a confirmed pre-order is placed during an open drop window.
• You can withdraw your email from the waitlist at any time via the direct unsubscribe link included in our communications.

Pricing, pre-orders & fulfillment

• All prices displayed on official product pages are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
• Hardware drops are manufactured as limited production runs. Estimated shipment schedules are provided in good faith and may be subject to supply chain, regulatory certification (BIS/WPC), or logistics timelines, with regular milestone updates communicated to buyers.

Warranty & liability

Except as expressly provided in our 12-Month Hardware Warranty, Shadowbit products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Shadowbit Technologies LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper hardware modification, forced hot-swap insertion, or unauthorized electrical alterations.

Governing law & dispute resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or purchases shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the State of Gujarat, India.
